These Terms & Conditions govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Reliable Tire Company, LLC (“Reliable Tire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as part of our internal fleet management system. By providing consent to receive text messages from Reliable Tire, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Reliable Tire’s text message program sends operational and safety-related messages to a limited, fixed list of authorized recipients: company managers and employees’ designated emergency contacts. There are two types of messages:
This is an internal operational program. It is not a marketing or promotional program, and no advertising messages are sent.
Recipients are enrolled only after providing consent. Employees provide written consent during employment onboarding. Emergency contacts are designated in writing by an employee, and their consent is documented at the time of designation. Recipients are not enrolled through any public website form, and no member of the public is solicited to join this program.
Message frequency varies and depends on operational and safety events. Messages are sent only when a relevant event occurs.
Reliable Tire does not charge for these messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
You may opt out of the text message program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages, except as needed to process your request. Because some messages relate to workplace safety and emergencies, opting out may affect our ability to reach you or an employee’s emergency contact during an emergency.
