This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Reliable Tire Company internal mobile fleet management application (“Application”) provided by Reliable Tire Company, LLC (“Reliable Tire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Application is an internal business tool used by Reliable Tire employees to support daily fleet and customer service operations. The Application allows authorized employees to view customer records from Reliable Tire’s QuickBooks Online accounting system, select customers and projects for work in the field, create new walk-in customer records, and create new project records on a per-month basis as part of normal job-costing workflows.
The Application is not offered to the general public, is not available for download from a public application store, and is not licensed for use outside of Reliable Tire Company.
Use of the Application is limited to current employees of Reliable Tire Company who have been individually provisioned with credentials by Reliable Tire management. Each authorized user must use only their own credentials and may not share credentials with any other person. Use of the Application by any person other than the authorized user to whom credentials were issued is strictly prohibited.
The Application connects to Reliable Tire’s QuickBooks Online company on Reliable Tire’s behalf using Intuit’s authorized OAuth 2.0 authentication process. The Application is authorized to read customer and project information from QuickBooks Online and to create new customer and project records in QuickBooks Online when authorized users perform that action through the Application’s normal workflow.
An authorized administrator of the QuickBooks Online company may disconnect the Application from QuickBooks Online at any time. See our Disconnect Instructions page for guidance.
You agree to use the Application only for legitimate Reliable Tire business purposes. You agree not to:
Information accessed through the Application is the property of Reliable Tire Company and, where applicable, the customers of Reliable Tire Company. You agree to handle all such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with normal employee confidentiality obligations.
The Application and its underlying code, design, and content are the property of Reliable Tire Company or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you under this Agreement other than the limited right to use the Application as described above.
The Application is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliable Tire disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliable Tire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Application.
Your right to use the Application terminates automatically upon the end of your employment with Reliable Tire Company, or earlier at the discretion of Reliable Tire management. Reliable Tire may also suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The effective date above indicates when this Agreement was last revised. Continued use of the Application after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
